About Us – National Employers Association

The objects and purposes of National Employers Association (NEA) are:

To promote and develop better relations between employers and employees.
To help promote and perpetuate a better understanding between employers and employees for the mutual benefit of both.
To help increase the productivity of all employees by education, social contact between employers and employees, and by the general discussion of the problems relating to both and to offer solutions.
