This month, Lobbyit coordinated with OIRA regulatory staff to set up an Executive Order 12866 meeting regarding the proposed rulemaking for Short-Term Limited-Duration Insurance (STLDI) coming out of CMS. The meeting, originally scheduled for August 5th, has been pushed to August 13th at the request of CMS staff.
